Jessica showcased her new look earlier this month after having her latest surgical procedures in Bangkok - at a jaw-dropping price tag of £85,000.
Speaking with MailOnline after undergoing a full face and lip lift while having bones from her jawline and chin cut off as well as voice feminisation surgery, she said, 'Now when I pick up the phone, they're not gonna call me Sir anymore!'

Having spent three weeks in recovery after the seven hour operation, she revealed that her new voice will develop as she continues to speak.
She said: 'The voice will get better, day by day, week by week.

'It's changed so much and I'm so so happy. Now at least when I pick up the phone, they're not gonna call me Sir anymore which is a relief.'

Admitting she is 'a little swollen but feeling good', she explained that her vocal cords were tightened in order to achieve a softer voice.  
Jessica told how Dr Kamol in Bangkok broke her jawbone while bringing her chin brought forward, which achieved the desired V-shape face structure.
She previously revealed to MailOnline how she gets 'bored' of having the same face after two or three years but insisted she's not addicted to going under the knife.

Having spent £800,000 on a total of 78 cosmetic surgeries over the years, she began: 'My face is going to change a lot.

A lot, a lot, a lot, really.'
Jessica - who underwent gender reassignment surgery in 2021 - continued: 'Obviously because I was born a male, my jawline and chin is a little bit thicker so the doctor is going to break and sneaker sandals platform (https://twitter.com/) cut that bone.
'He's going to slice it up.

My chin and jawline is going to become very small, it's going to make my face much smaller and much more feminine. That's the aim of the surgery, become much more feminine.

Having spent three weeks in recovery after the seven hour operation, she revealed that her new voice will develop as she continues to speak 
'And then I'm having a full face lift. It's going to be my third face lift. I'm turning 39 in July and that's gonna make me look much younger.

I'm very excited for that.
'And all that's gonna be happening at the same time as the voice feminisation surgery. So all the surgeries together are going to last seven hours, I'm gonna be under general anesthesia for seven hours.
'Between now and then, I'm just preparing myself for it.

I've finished all my exams so just taking vitamins and I'm quite excited.'

The reality star revealed she sees her ops as an 'evolution of her being' since she gets 'bored' after 'two or three years' have passed with the same face.
She said: 'I've spent more than £800,000 on all my surgeries throughout the years and I have always seen my surgeries as an evolution of my being.
'Me, as a human being, and I think that surgery after surgery, obviously I feel different, I look better.

I also get bored as well.
'So after two or three years of looking at the same face in the mirror, I go, "Hang on, it's time to switch and make it different." That's the difference between me and most people.'
The TV personality went on to slam the naysayers for criticising her, revealing she is 'unapologetic' and it is 'her prerogative' to do what she wishes.
She said: 'I'm brave, I'm strong, I'm unapologetic and I go for what is right for me.

I do get criticised a lot by people, they say I am addicted to plastic surgery.
'No, I'm not addicted to plastic surgery, I just have a high sense of self worth. People say I have body dysmorphic disorder... I don't have it.
'What I have had is gender dysmorphic disorder, which has been fixed ever since I had my gender reassignment surgery, sneakers with toes separated this is my prerogative so wish me luck.'
